Hey RJS Canuck ! Yeah, the Eliminator is a good one. I'm going to leave the battery minder off for the first few weeks when I put my Vette away in my garage for the winter and then check how much juice there is. Oh yeah, I have to shut off my alarm too before I remove a battery cable or man it is so loud that I jump about 10 feet and half the street runs out thinking the world has ended....I tell them it's ok...just an NHL strike.:LRJSROCKET said:Canuck nieghbor;
If your battery on a C4 won't hold a charge for over 2 weeks, replace it. I went with the Canadian Tire Eliminator. Great warranty, 1000 amps, free replacement. Now I leave the battery in the car for 6 months of winter, I just disconnect the cables. It resets your clock, trip meter and such but no biggie. I unhooked my goddam Viper alarm before I touch the cables though. Noisy!
