What I am looking for is an equation or sheet that will tell me the volume a fuel injector is capable of flowing. I currently have 24 lb/hr injectors but I would like to know the maximum volume of fuel it is capable of flowing per whatever unit of time. I can do the conversions later.
This is what I have found so far:To convert lb/hr to gal/hr divide by 6. Therefore my 24 lb/hr would flow 4 gal/hr multiplied by 8 injectors, so all the injectors combined will flow 32 gal/hr.Does this sound right??

Just in case somebody wants to know, I found some equations, and did some computations. To figure out how many gallons per hour the fuel injector will flow, divide the lb of the injector by 6. So my 24 lb per hour injector could flow 6 gallons per hour. I am still doing some checking to find out if this is correct.

Depending on the formulation of the gasoline, it can weigh 5.8 -6.5 pounds per gallon.
A standard used is Ref 389.103 J Jones, Stacy. Weights and Measures is 6.1 pounds per gallon.

The gives a standard 24 lb per hour injector at 3.934 gallons per hour.

This can be increased by upping the fuel pressure above the reference
