How to remove water spots f/ paint

I have a Red 73 and had some water spots on the rear deck of the car what is the best meathod to remove these. Wax or polishing compound? I have a rotary waxer should I use this on the paint. The paint is in exelent condition. The spots came about when it rained and I raised and lowered the garage door the water droped on the rear end. And also what kind of wax should be used?

if they wont come out red turtle wax. Stuff is amazing.

Depends on how deep the spot is. Try meguires polish first by hand, and then wax by hand. Water spots can be difficult.
