Welcome to the Corvette Forums at the Corvette Action Center!

I am trying not to cry :-(

You all have the best ideas! I love the container one! I wonder if he would believe that I can cook szechuan that good ;-)

Well as of right now my two boys are debating over who gets the vette when I go...I am 44 and plan on many more good years on earth.....

I remember seeing a car on ebay that had this really pricey dragon all over the vehicle, it was hand painted and the thing wrapped around the car. Not for me so I didn't bid on it as it was I thought a bit much. There is a fine line between nice and over the top. I hope to say in the former.
I saw some plastic models at a discount store and am thinking about getting a few and experimenting with how I want it to look - nothing like 3D! Or is there a software program that allows you to do this that isn't say Illustrator or something else complicated.

This type of consideration only matters when we go to sell our beasts.

That's something for my 'next-of-kin' to worry about!

PS - Oceangal, the 'home cooked meal' thing isn't so much about your cooking ability, but to spend a quiet evening together. . . .

Yes. I have the same problem in my Trans Am. Some prior owner preferred black over light blue and painted all the interior plastic trim pieces black. They are also very susceptible to the paint coming off.

I can't say all repaints/redyes are bad, but those I have owned have not turned out too well.

I agree with Craig that our personalization issues will be passed on to our surviving kin folk except in my case I have asked that my ashes be stored in one of the rear compartments which will likely have a negative impact on the beast's marketability. As to the home cooked meal I'm a little less sure as in my case my cooking prowess is one of the mitigating factors that help offset my less "desirable" assets, you know the whole Mars/Venus thing.
