Question: i-Forged Wheels and TPMS

Do the tire pressure monitors need an adaptor or do they mount the same way they do on stock type wheels? I just got the i-Forged Swifts I bought on e-Bay back from being polished and the curb rash fixed and I need to know everything I need for mounting.

They mount the same as stock rims.. I just picked up a set of those rims I will take the TPS from the old rims and will install them on the new ones.

I knew I could count on you Rhys! Really, they looked so wiped out when I got them but I took them to the wheel shop and he fixed the curb rash to where you can't even tell it was ever there! They're absolutely stunning!

They mount the same as stock rims.. I just picked up a set of those rims I will take the TPS from the old rims and will install them on the new ones.

According to the i-Forged techline it takes a 90 degree adaptor. I believe they're $60.00 a set.

Well what i-Forged told me I need and sold me isn't right either! The valve stems stick up too high and hit read suspension parts! Does anyone have these wheels on a C5 that can talk me through this?

I finally got what I needed and got the wheels installed yesterday! I'll get some pictures when it's not so cold. What it took was a 2 piece valve stem that is flat, you have a piece that screws in so you can air up the tires. I had to put the TPMS on with bands, they look like big hose clamps. The wheels absolutely change the entire look of the C5. Looks much more racy and lower. The Swifts really fill up the wheel wells! I like them more everytime I look at the car! And I know, "This thread is worthless without pictures"! I'll get them soon!
