I have about 8-9k to spend, what do you have for sale?

It must be 92+ LT1, 6 Speed, no red interiors if possible. Located within 0-7 hours driving time from chicago if possible. No auto, prefer one that can last a while and will not need initial work done. Would prefer to get one with opti and water pump done. This will be my first vette I dont know too much about them at all. I just sold my 97 cobra with all the bolt on's and want to try something else if I cant find one I will jump into a 99-01 Cobra again. Thanks

I’ve seen some acceptable 1990 coupes in that price range. ’90 Corvettes do not have the Opti-Spark.

fatboyq may be right; a ’92 in that range will more than likely need TLC and fiances to get things 100%.

I just bought a 93 torch red coupe in nice shape for 10,150. I was going to buy a 92 coupe in green for 8500 but it had a broken power antenna mast, some scratches, a rip in the leather and an improperly repaired center console. He was selling cause he had to move. In my searching experience you might be about 2k too low at a minimum depending on condition, but I am in no way an expert. To find a deal you have to be patient.

hey fat boy, Step up a little higher. I have a beautiful 95 w 75k with all options and I just did the water pump. You wont need to fix a thing in this baby. 2 sets of rims 95's & 98's, white with black & red interior. wont find a nicer one for 13,500 firm.
