Best description that I have ever heard. Even the courts are in on the scam. Years ago I was going to sue Sate Farm after they refused a claim when their insured was at fault. Come to find out that if I won, I could not recoup my court costs in small claims, but if I lost, they could get compensation for their time and effort.
