IAC Motor problem

I replaced my IAC motor and it will not hold the idle setting, I have to reset it every first start in morning fine after that. It idles at 1800 to 2000 rpm if I just take off and not reset. This is the second motor and both act alike. Any help will be welcomed!

Did you reset and adjust the min idle speed then adjust the TPS?

According to my manual the lt1 tps is not adjustable but thanks
