IF You Could Ask Corvette Designer - Tom Peters Anything...

I'll reveal a bit of bias with this question, sorry about that.

As something of a Corvette purist, I have always loved the pop-up headlights on the Corvette. They have been, for many generations of Corvettes, a distinctive feature, and one I believe many owners really liked. I understand the aerodynamics of the new headlights, as a nod to the engineering of the C6. What has been the feedback you've received about the design/appearance of the new headlights from owners of previous generation Corvettes, and has it surprized you at all?

Paul, it's gotta hurt going around banging your head all the time. I certainly hope that icon is not indicative of your outlook on life. I know you gotta put up with a lot in your business, but don't let 'em get to ya! :L

Since everyone has covered the front plate, I would only ask, and complain if there were any plans to reduce the interior room.

I fit in my C5. I cannot get in a Porsche Boxster, 911, GT whatever, or a Lambo. I'm 6'4" - 250 and not young. Please don't screw up this important point.

LT, all I want are simple questions. I have no intentions of directing something that is exactly paraphrased in order for him to "take responsibility" for anything.

The purpose of this whole thing is to learn a little more about the man and the C6, NOT to put him in front of a judge and jury.
Ok. My simple questions are ...

Will Mr. Peters be responsible for the design of the C7?
When is Mr. Peters planning on retiring?
and
Who designed the slick Solstice?

Ok....what does a C6 Corvette have to do with the Solstice?

Nevermind...I'm wasting my time here...

Since these questions have to be submitted in the next two hours. I'm going to lock this thread and the related ones. Time is up.
