First time I've posted on the C-5 Forum. Had several on the C-4 a long time ago. Traded in the 85 for a 99 C-5. Yes, I am in love. Live in Colorado and haven't had a lot of "driving" weather since I traded. ( about one month ago) My car is a silver convert w/ blk interior. Every option made was put on this car. Having a little trouble getting used to the 6 speed. My wife and I finally got to put the top down and go for a long ride last Sunday. At this point I have to say this car is everything I've always wanted in a automobile. My other cars are a 1937 Dodge, a 1980 TR-8, and a 2000 Caddy ( wifes ride). The bad thing is, it's no contest when I go to the garage to get in a car. I'm afraid the others won't see much mileage this summer. The only change to the C-5 is B F Goodrich tires. Planning on leaving it totally stock. I'm guess I'm of the old school, GM spend many bucks researching and building the car, and they know a heck of a lot more than I do. Besides, at this point, how do you improve on perfection... In Colorado, we do get a lot of waves when on the road. Hope to be able to give you a wave.....
