Is Mark bidding on the truck, or the wheels??

That is one BAddddddd Truck - would make for a neat Family Car, as I am sure time is getting close... :cool

Shop did you notice where the speedster glass was sourced?

"Special quarter window glass was

sourced from the supplier in Finland that Callaway had found for custom glass for its

limited edition Speedster series. "

Did anyone notice the two different engine shots? There are two of an LT1 and a couple of a 502BB.

Hey, in all seriousness, if you decide to swap those wheels out with something else, hold on to them for me! At this point, that wheel design is my #1 wheel choice for my future C8 :). It'd be great and convenient since we both live in Dallas. :)

buzzzzzzzz, wrong answer :D

Mark is a passionated rims collector ;LOL

I'll trade him a set of Dymags or something for them then ;)

I'll swap you left for rights or the other way around, I can't remember but I have 3 of one and 1 of another in one of my sets...

BoostedMaxPSI has been standing in line for that set to become complete...

Of course if you want a set the 1996 is for sale and it has Runflats and the Aerbody...

Hmm, guess I'll just be patient. I might want to get the 'horse' before I get the 'cart' anyway. :L

Do you have a set of dymags for sale? This would be my second choice :)

You know your only in Dallas, we should get together some time with Shopview.

I know a set of Callaway Dymags just sold this month to another Owner - When I contacted the seller to get him w/ the buyer, he also had a set of "open lug" dymags, brand new for $3,000.

Frankly, I think your car looks awesome w/ the wheels as it came from Callaway :cool

That said, if I find another set of Dymags, I can certainly let you know. Another option, is the "Challenge" Dymags. They typically sell for less than the Callaway Dymags and other than the word(s) enbossed into the spokes, they look identical from 10 ft away.

One person here, bought a 1985 Corvette w/ a set on it, took those wheels off the car and sold it later - actually making a profit, while keeping the Challenge Dymags - A nice surprise, was the brand new center caps in boxes that were sitting in the back hatch area - alone, those are worth 6-700 bucks :eek

Nah, no dymags here :ugh. I was just trying to say that I'd trade something rare I don't want (dymags) for somethign rare I do want (bridgestone run-flat wheels) :) ... but um... I'd have to acquire the dymags first :crazy

Guys, PM me your email address that you would like the article to go to. Shopview was able to get this scanned today.

Oh man, I gotta say, I am in love with that teal interior in the purple car. That looks so awesome! :upthumbs

I bet there are a lot of "haters" out there who would hate it, but man, that looks awesome to me.

I agree with the awesome look. I saw this car in person about 10 years ago in San Antonio. It's a very sharp looking car.
