What is wrong with an aftermarket booster to make the 430 - 436 hp go up to 600 hp?
Other than maybe affecting warranty.

How about if they printed a brocure, per GM specs and build their quantity.
Then add several pages where each individual could specify "all their" options. When it got built it would be a C ? with a model year of ?.
