I just started having problems this weekend were the inside door handle won't work to open the door. I have to reach out and use the outside door handle to get the door open. First I need some help with how to get the door panel off...I believe I have the tool that is used. Need some step by step help if anyone is willing to take the time to explain. If any of you have had this problem and can pin point what needs to be replaced/fixed that would be such a help!

Thanks!

Could be the handle mounting screws have come loose or a rod has come off or broken free..
Either way it should be evident once you get things apart.

If you have the window crank spring clip removal tool, it should be easy to remove those clips.. That's the hardest part.

You should be able to see the "C" clip if you look closely between the crank handle and the panel.

Push the clip off with the tool and the handle will pull right off..

When putting it back together, Put the clip back on the handle then pop the handle in place.

Good luck

Tony
