inside door panels

I am getting ready to replace the top trim on the inside door panels of my 87 vert. How do you get the door panels off? Do they have the plastic clips on the inside of the panel? I am also going to replace the outside window seal on the door and need to know how to get the old one off too. Thanks for any replies. I really like this site as I have learned alot from the information on here. I have just had this Vette 3 months and it is my first one. Owning a Vette has always been my dream.
