I'm in the process of exchanging my Bose Cassette for a Bose CD. I have the console and dash trim removed and the 7 mm bolts off of the radio. How do I remove the antenna and the other connectors? Are there any tabs I need to depress to pull the wires off of the old unit? There are two groups of harnesses and the antenna wire, they are all pretty firmly attached. I don't want to pull very hard and there isn't a lot of room to see the back of the unit, although I am looking at the back of my Bose CD, if anyone has any suggestions.

Thanks

HI there,
Each connector has a tab to hold it in place.
The antenna lead will just pull straight out of the back.

Welcome. You know, I was just reading your post and if you are really having emotional problems having that red C5 then I would be happy to take it off your hands. I hate when people have emotional distress and would be willing to suffer for you as I want you to be happy. ;) Second, about the really good people here. Well, 99.9% of us are but there is always an outside chance that a .1% will sneak in here and be a bad boy. Our administrators are trained in Cyber editing and so no worry as they will exercise the wrath of Rob on them!! Again, welcome and don't be a stranger.

PS: I can take delivery of the C5 at anytime so just let me know where to pick it up!!;LOL
