That's why I pay the $75 per car every two years to have my appraiser come out and update the appraisals for my cars, my agent submits the updated appraisals to the insurance company, and I get a new declarations page with the agreed value increased based on the updated appraisals. Time well spent - you have to keep your protection current. :beer
 
69myway thank You for your profetional option and unfourtunatley what you say makes sence if the consumer dosent do his job and does not update there policies.

I have shared this before,Every one needs to make sure they are covered properly each and every year, I alway look to see prior to a renuall that my coverages are still current,I also send my home owners policy and auto policy out for bd each year to keep my broker on his toes.

I also film the inside and the outside of our home ever year and give a copy of the tape to my dad to keep at his home incase I have a majot loss at mine at least I have documented proff of the condtion of my home prior to a loss
