the haggerty quote on my 65 ($325 / yr for a $40K agreed value) is the annual premium, the policy has no "lay-up period" required (being a motorcylce guy I know plenty about those) and thus all parts of my insurance (including my Comp.) stay in force, meaning I can drive the car year-round or on the rare perfect day in Feb if I so choose. your question re does Haggerty do "lay-up" or "strorage" cover, I do not know but I suspect the fact that folks mostly lay-up these cars during the winter months is essentially already built into the ratey
