Help! intake Manifold Gasket sealing problem

I believe that i have intake Manifold Gasket sealing problem
and oil is being sucked into my intake from the lifer galley.
the problem has got worse over the course of about 4 weeks
i get no smoke at start up it only starts once the engine has
warmed up any help would be appreciated

Do a compression check to make sure you haven't blown a head gasket.
