Just under the carb, behind the throttle linkage, is this Allen-head plug in the manifold.

What is it?

What does it connect to? Air? Coolant?

Thanks for any help,
Joe

Ive never seen a plug like that right next to the carb. By the size of it, id say its a water tap. With the engine off, id slowly loosen it and fine out.

Joe,
I have the same plug on my manifold. My manifold is off the engine and I can say this its not a water tap. Its just under the carb in the path of the air flow. But I do not know what its used for.

Curiouser and curiouser...

It's not like it's causing a problem, or anything. I'm just curious what it is. I don't like having things on my car, that I don't know the purpose of.
