iPods in C6?

I am looking at buying either an 06 or 07 in the next 12 months - does anyone know if you can wire one for an iPod as opposed to a FM transmitter - I use a Monster Cable one right now in my Trans Am and it works well, but I think a wired system like in the BMWs would be better. Anyone with any experience with this? Thanks!

The ipod will be adaptable in 07. I can give a little more info in a couple weeks.

Boy I hope not. The FM is barely adequate now! The BOSE is highly overrated IMO.

I had HORRIBLE sound quality loss with the old Griffin iTrip that I had before - it was a very poor choice - the monster cable one is actually pretty good, and doesn't need any software to use - just plug and go.

I will be looking forward to seeing that compatability in the 07 models - might be enough to make me put off buying one until they come out.
