I can't take this break in period. Speed under 55...no revs...no hard braking. How am I supposed to cope? Oh well, the weekend is over and I'm almost to 300 miles.

What a car! I can't say enough good things about it but I do have some questions.

-My wife will object to the cabin noise on the long trips. I've seen noise reducers (cabin separators) for sale but need some help on which is best. I think Eckler's has two versions-one for $99 and one for $229. Can anyone tell me how effective this things are and is one really that much better than the other? How much is the noise reduced just by luggage and stuff in the rear?

-I was surprised to feel the car kind of shake lightly while at idle. My older car does this but I didn't think the C5 would do it. The tach appears rock steady at 800rpm and the engine is very smooth. Just curious if other 06 owners feel this or is something wrong.

TIA
