Help! Isimple Ipod setup?????

I installed the isimple in my 2000 C5 and I can use the radio volumn and next feature but if I try to go back a song I cannot. I used my changer harness and did a plug & play with & set the dip to 3.8. Is this normal? I thought if you went right from the changer harness you would get at least next, last, FF, FR, volumn operating from the head unit. Thanks a lot. Mike

Mine worked right out of the box...and IIRC, with the dip settings like you stated......not sure why it's not working for you.
