Assuming SummitJegs can actually ship me a correct part, I'll drive over next Saturday, assuming no more rain from the residue of the hurricane. I'm happy to help with the install. All I need is a hammer and I'll bring my torch.

That's the first time I've seen those two words used that way in a sentence.
I've heard....."Don't be such a knob, you tool." ...and... "Don't be such a tool, you knob." ...but never... "Don't forget the knob tool." :gap

Kid_Again said:;squint: Who, 'zactly, we callin' a knob tool here? To be PRECISE, it is LICS PN 55-37, Wrench for Heater Cable Nut. However, mine, of course, is special. It is numbers matching and you can bid freely for it on eBAY sometime soon. If it's important that you have it autographed by Zora, I'll ask Mark to help me out with that. Your wish is my command.;worship
OK, so u want me to paint the dash this weekend? Did you get the skinny on the solvent to get rid of the silicone? Like I say, I have Prep Sol if that's what's needed.
BTW, do you have an air compressor that has a reservoir tank? Didn't pay that much attention to the setup in your garage. However, it WOULD be entertaining to watch you blow REAL HARD into the air brush hose as a back-up procedure. :cool
It would also be helpful if you had some 0000 steel/brass wool lying around. Lemme know.

Mark...yeah, the following weekend will also work for me. Happy to help with the fire-up. Do it at night, that way the carb fire looks much more impressive. Calm down, just trying to share my past experiences with you.![]()
