Appreciate all the replies, but I'm not exactly a new member. I joined this site almost 4 years ago. I'm a member of more than one Corvette site and I actually got them mixed up. But I haven't stopped by in a while and I do appreciate everyone's kindness.

Hi Elaine. I'm actually just a Corvette enthusiast, although I wouldn't mind owning one myself. A lot of my friend's have or have owned Corvette's and I got to drive many as well as work on a few. That list would include a '61, '63 Split Window Coupe, a '67, '68, '72, '74 and a '75.

The most rare car I drove and worked on was a '72 Convertible with a LT-1 and a 4-Speed. It was supposed to be a low production car.

Another friend of mine just bought a '78 Silver Anniversary with a 4-Speed. We heard it was a low production car and I actually did a little research on it for him.
