Help! Keep or Unload?!?!?!

I bought my car in Canada and trailered it accross the border myself. No problems at all. All I had to have was the title and bill of sale. They looked to see if the VIN matched the paperwork and said see ya, enjoy your car. This was in 2002.

I decided to keep the car and POR-15 all the rusty areas. It is still a pretty solid car as long as I stop the damage where it is and I have "come to terms" with the fact that it is a driver so I will enjoy it for what it is! Thanks for the help and suggestions.
