Is it me or is the knowledgebase not functioning?

No, it is not only you. The CAC recently did a system upgrade on forum software. While it fixed a number of annoying issues we'd been having, it create a conflict in how the knowledgebase area of the site is recognized. That made it inaccessible- temporarily, we hope.
Rob is working on restoring it, and we hope to have it up and running shortly. Thanks for your patience!
