any help would be great. I have a 1980 L48 that i was driving the other day and got stuck in traffic for a bit ran great stopped by the gas station and when i came out it was leaking real bad so I drove home the leak had stopped so i ran it for a while no leak so i changed the radiator cap let run for 20 min no leak, then today drove for 10 min to work got out and it was leaking again so when i left checked no leak never ran hot???? any ideas:bash

From where is coolant leaking?
Im not sure it leaks real bad but I only see it after I drive then go in somewhere and when I get back it's just a bug puddle and running from the front somewhere but when I go home jack it up get under it and let it run it never leaks a drop???

Check the water pump weep hole carefully for any coolant stains.

Also check the hose that connects the radiator to the coolant overflow tank. It may be broken or cracked and would tend to dump fluid when the engine is at operating temperatures and after being driven.
