Heard that there is a product out there to clean the light lenses, side markers and such. Anyone know of this product? Mine are pretty cloudy on the nose of car. I did clay bar them with no luck.
 
I did mine with a drill, pad, and Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Clear Plastic Cleaner

That's pretty much what I was going to say. Here's a link to a product. I have not tried it and the photo looks to be doctored but it might be worth calling them.

You do have to be very careful with a buffer as it can burn the edges around the lens or any plastic lenses themselves.
 
You can try a product called NOVUS.
It's a 3 stage liquid polishing system.
I have used it on my trucks smoked headlight covers and motorcycle face shields with great results.

You can also buy the individual bottles.
It should be available in your local hobby store as well.
This is used to get the mirror finish on the model kits
