Remember when we had the huge discussion about copyrights? Unlike most of those cases mentioned back then, this is one where there should either be an annoyed photographer, or an annoyed Callaway Cars!

No creative use this time! :mad
 
Talking with my neighbor, the "creative use" idea in his legal opinion, is BS. Now this is alliance to VA State laws (which are tough as hell on the internet) :bash


BTW, this is not even a "real" car - it was not built yet...

Damn, looks like you can make some nice money with a good computer render. Ashame I didn't pay alote of attention when we had Maya lessons at the university...

Yet another reason to Markup picture with copyright and website info since someone might want to try to profit off it.... or better yet, put pictures into slide shows which also make it harder to swipe with enough quality to reprint for profit.

In theory yes...but that concept is going to require a buyer, and so far nothing this seller has listed has a bid at all yet.
