Lighted mirror just fell right out of the visor

Yup, mine is in the glovebox still. it is a pita to get back together I was looking to install a homelink in place of the mirror and now the mirror falls out every so often when I lower the visor; couldn't fit the homelink in there anyway.

Not sure of what's behind the mirror and if this would work,

but one of the best adhesives is good old "silicone sealant"

Smells like vinegar (acetic acid) when it's curing, but that only lasts a few hours (leave the windows open)...Rubber band it tight while it cures...

I'll take a look at it tonight. Maybe I'll post a pic. I have some good clamps too that might help.

My only cracks when I look at it.;LOL Never had it fall of yet.:w

Yeah, I had it drop out, I silcone it in and clamped over nite. Just check for extra silcone at time of install. do not over do it.
Works good

Well tell us now; "who is the fairest of them all"?

Really never heard of them just falling out, but nothing would surprise me this day and age.

Post a picture if you get a chance in the event that this does happen we will be forewarned. . . . .

Take care,
Bill
