Lock Help?

I have a problem with the driver's door of my car. The lock was seized when I bought it, and the whole thing turns around. I need to get a new cylinder, but it appears that the tabs on the fiberglass that hold the cylinder in place are rounded off. I am looking for a way to fix it, but not sure where to start. Any help?

the cylinder is held in place by the metal clip.
the tabs are more for alignment i think.

just buy new locks from ecklers, corvette central etc with new keys and replace. maybe 1 hr for both cylinders.

Might not be anything more than a new clip.

grab a drop light and see if the clip fell to the bottom of the door
