Long tube headers ?

Go with TPIS headers, they are very good quality and very easy to install, but get the ceramic coated ones. I have not had to get ceramic boots I am just running the Accel wires I bought from autozone and routed them myself. My car made it all the way down to Cruisefest last year like this and back with no problems. I probably have 6 thousand miles on the headers.

I've run the EM's for 2yrs, no problems with ground clearance or the wires.
