Looking for 68-72 Big Block Conv.

I've bid on a couple corvettes, on ebay but in both cases I was high bidder but didn't meet reserve. I have money in hand and am ready to buy. Really would prefer to find a car within the southwest so I can personally see it and handle transactions in person.

I have a hard time believing there's a shortage of high quality big blocks in your area. Hell, that's where I found mine.

It must be frustrating to have the cash in hand and already be in halfway through June. I had to settle for a Ford before finally deciding life was to short to not be driving a vette. I mean, I knew I wanted a matching numbers big block 4 speed with sidepipes vert... had no clue it was going to be soooo tough to find.

Have you tried corvettetrader.com, collectorcartraderonline.com, hemmings.com or any of those types of places?

I'd sell you mine but I'm kinda attached...

Ha, just rub it in 69 Dreamer. Had one lined up in San Diego but it sold.
