I actually have a bid in on another one on ebay. This one wasn't on there when I bid on the first. By the way, my 72 LT-1 is also painted Brans Hatch Green.
sounds great f4garry hears some pics of mine at a show i went to recently any pics of yours,lt1 with air very rare 200 they made,is that correct?buy the way have you ever heard of any numbers of convertibles in the lt1 years?:cool
Don't know about the total convertible numbers. As for LT-1 air convertibles, most sellers just advertise less than 50 made. A total of about 240 LT-1's were made with air in 72.
f4garry,when i bought mine 13 years ago i was not right into the restoration side of things, and the dummy that iam i gave the distributor away for a mallory unilight, transistor ignitions just dont exist hear in australia,so from one LT1 guy to another LT1 guy maybe you might come across one one day at a swap meet or somewere and look me up,that would be orsome.i did see in one of the catalogues it was corvette america or zip not sure but you can buy new ones or rebiult ones but 1000 us dollars is about 1300 aussie dollars ,thats what they are asking for the dizzy alone, then there is the coil & bracket/wireing/transistor amp.anyway enough rambling, see ya.
