Junkie, sometimes I worry about you.

Most of the time I just give into the theory that you and your brother fat boy are beyond worrying about.

:L

Hope lifes being good to ya!

Wow those square tail lights are great;LOL, is that why they went back to the early C4 style tail lights on the C6? If those Lt cars are so great why did they have a hard time selling them? What were the production numbers again for the 90's vettes:chuckle?

I know, I know:

opti!!!!!!!!!!!!
rounded bumpers!!!!!!!
just a boring rehash of the musclular styling of the eighties!!!!!!!!
the automatic Lt cars were 14 seconds some even slower than the eighties vettes
junky dash with too many buttons

lust my opinion.

square tail lights & opti :puke

And you know what they say about opinions......They're like b*ttholes, everybody has one, and some of them stink! ;LOL Seriously, I respect your opinion, it's different from mine. That's a good thing, because difference is what makes the world go round.

Well said, design aesthetics are subjective.

Every generation of Corvette is an evolution of current and future trends. The ’84-’89 featured the digital dash because the designers were looking forward. The chiseled shape was considered to be “the look”. The C4 became “rounded-off” during the ’91-’96 run following design trends of that time.

I’ve seen photos of early GM studio mock-ups of the C4, the images were from around ’82-’83; funny thing is, the earliest mock-ups strongly resembled the rounded-off front bumpers of the ’91-’96. The C5 became even more organic in its exterior form. Now with our C6, we’re back to more of a chiseled body.

Anyway, anything that has come out of St. Louis or Bowling Green has been work of art, just my opinion.

No the puddle of oil is under my '85, saw it this am and haven't had a chance to check it out yet.

Sounds like project time, at least you’re in Arizonz! :cool
You probably have more hospitable temperatures to work in than I do here in Ohio at this time of year.

If you like to check out a '94 with 1770 miles on it I have one but it will not be cheap. I have been storing it and it's been meticulously maintained. Let me know. See 1994 Polo Green Thread below.

Boy looks like I opened a can of worms with this thread. I just came back from paying for a silver 96 collector edition, their gonna finish the detailing and balance the wheels and I pick it up Friday, to add to my '85. Sweet car will provide pics later once I get it home.
