looking for grill paint color

I want to repaint the front grills on my 75. Were they flat black or glossy black when they were new.

Don't no,used satin black on my 77 dought if they were gloss tho.

Answer: Semi-Flat Black.
In 1975 the entire front grille assemblies are semi flat black; no chrome accents on the horizontal bars--as with 1973's.
