Really? Hmmm...I would personally stick with the '78 but I guess I'm biased. I just love C3s more than any other Corvette. But to each thy own. Good luck with the C5!!

There is another way of getting your Vette alittle cheaper as well and thats called "Old Man Winter".Right now your heading into summer and everyone wants 1 so the prices are going to be higher but if you can wait it out til Fall and then do some serious shopping you will most likely find one that someone might not really have the room to store over the winter and will take alittle less for it rather than pay to store it inside!
I watched all the papers/auctions ect for about a yr before I got mine and the prices do vary with the seasons!
