Loud ZZZZZ'S

I am currently looking for a ZR-1, and the loudest, sweetest sounding one was a '90 with Watson headers and a flowmaster exhaust system. :cool

Yea man I'll be there. A herd of Rustangs couldn't keep me away. Love the sound of a screaming SBC, and the smell of burning rubber.

:D :lou :)

cool we should meet up before hand and ride down together. probably a few of us will meet up.

Yes I have heard it . I went to a show at Bob Bell Chevrolet , there was a guy with a white ZR1,he got on it when he left , boy was his car quiet. Sometimes I whish my car was quiet like that. And to think I would like to make my LT1 noisey like that.:L

Loudest I've had/heard was a B&B with x-pipe and headers. Although loud is relative, my Corsa with hogged out h-pipe and headers is unreal at WOT.

I met a computer friend at Pocono Raceway. He had a modified 368 cu engine with 2" headers and 3" pipes (no resonator or mufflers) to the rear. He shifted at 7200 rpm. At approx 150 mph on the back straight (long course) it was loud. Wish I got a ride, but he was too nervous to have a passenger.
