LS3 to a LS7 an easy swap?

I have a 1980 corvette with a LS3 engine, aluminum radiator etc. If I could find a deal on a LS7, would the LS7 just drop into the same spot and hook up where the LS3 had been? No other modifications necessary?

I did a C3 LS7 conversion about two years ago. I wrote up a big long string on the other forum. Do a search under Bee Jay. You will need an oil tank and lines. I have both if you need them.
