I have a 69 Vette 350 motor that I am in the process of rebuilding. I was wondering if the connecting rods and pistons from an LT1 motor would fit. Anyone know?

They will fit, it's just a question of having the proper machine work done on the crank and installing the right bearings for the rods. If you want the right compression ratio, you have to have the right combustion chamber in the heads....some are 74cc's, some are 64cc's...this will make the difference on the compression ratio. You may already have the smaller chamber heads...do you have 2.02 intake valves and 1.60 exhaust valves???? ;shrug

Rods with work they are standard 5.7" rods

As for pistons, you would be better off buying new ones, since I would guess the 69 block will get machined. my guess is the machining will make the cylinder bores about .030" over stock
