Lug wrench underhood?

I have an 87(convertible),I see no provisions on the inner wheel wells to store the lug wrench under the hood.Am I missing something?Thanks

On later C4's the lug wrench is mounted behind the drivers seat using wing nuts and clamps on the rear seat mounts. Would the early C4 use the same place?

in my '87 coupe the wrench is inside the glove box behind the passenger seat. Lift out the plastic tray and voila! (I'm not sure if convertibles have a different mounting location)

The convertibles have no compartments behind seats.I will check on the seat bracket.Thanks for the help.

On my 84 it’s mounted on top of the cowl just in front of the radiator.

On my 86 it is mounted to the bottom of the hood on the passenger side. It is mounted via wingnuts to the structural ridge. It is easly overlooked if your not looking for it.
