MAF Circuit Malfunction - I've still got this problem!!

I get an occasional P0100 code MAF Circuit Malfunction. I checked all the connections and cleared the code, but I get the code again but not immediately - maybe several days apart or even weeks. Anyone familiar with this problem? My car is a 1996 Collector Edition Coupe, LT1 with automatic transmission. I posted this about a month ago and I still have the problem.
