Just got a used pair of Magnaflow mufflers for my 95 coupe, but no installation instructions. I know it isn't rocket science, but I'd prefer not to make successive cuts until I get the right spot. Anyone know how to measure exactly where to cut the OEM's off? Oh, the magnaflow's I got are not the stainless, but the one's Mid America sells... aluminized or something like that. I think the actual dimensions are identical; is that correct? Thanks for any help!

Had mine installed at shop yet watched the process. They slide over orig. pipe so as long as you don't cut orig. pipe too short you'll be fine. Just hold them up where you intend for them to hang and mark orig. pipe and cut. The toughest part (since they have dual outlets) is making sure they are straight (as in level) and sticking out equi-distance, so don't weld until you are sure they line up the way you like. Also, you may have to bend the hanger bracket a little to get them to "suck up" under the car and if the bolt hole on muffler doesn't line up w/ hanger bolt hole you may have to grind or snip a little piece off hanger to get them to line up. These things had to be done to mine in order to fit properly. Keep me posted.....see ya
