Maybe this is old news, Sam's Club has the Maisto Guldstrand Signature Edition Corvette !:18.

I've got one. I ordered mine at the Guldstand tent at the 50th Anniversery Celebration in Bowling Green. You can see in the picture where Dick autographed the trunk of it. These models are very detailed and would be a great addition to everyone's die cast collection. (sorry the pic is a little blury)

Yep...Costco has them for $9.50 and I bought several Red C5 convertibles and Blue fastback '65's..what a steal...

A 51 Dub, Mercury hdtp at Toys R Us. Black with blue below 53 Buick trim.
Kit had two engines packged instead of an engine and a trunk. (( front and rearwheel drive))
