Market for 80 -82 C3's

Still looking for my C3,, maybe the crummy economy will be in my favor this fall. I have noticed that Im seeing the same cars for sale week after week on various websites/classified ads. Doesnt appear that these cars are moving very well. Any opinions on what I can expect this fall or what the rest of the community is seeing?

To quote Corvette Magazine (Oct 08 Market Report) "Mid to late models have seen no change in average price since the last C3 review last year. Again, this shows a direct impact to the slowdown in the US economy. Should the economy continue to falter at todays rate, we can expect these models to start reflecting negative results in the resale market". In other words, the price of rubber bumper C3's will go down.
