I noticed your car on E-bay, good luck, what are you on to next?

Tom,

Believe me, its not my Idea! My wife has been dead on me now for 6 months or so to get rid of a car or two. if its between the black coupe and the yellow roadster, I would rather have the yellow roadster. The yellow car I can take anywere, sit in traffic all day, have ac blow on me, and get 19-20 mpg's on the highway. I am uncomfortable every time I drive the black car, scared that most drivers out there do not even have enough insurance coverage to pay for it if I am in any kind of accident, and I tend to drive it hard! (recently kicked off hard on a 900 ninja, all the bike driver could say was "unbelievable")

I tried to fend her off by telling her I would sell the red 66 roadster, but its still at least a month away from completion, and we have new baby due July 10th (it was not intentional, just a shock/suprise, as we thought we were done with kids and very happy with the 2 we allready have at 10 and 13) so my time is ticking fast!

I really dont expect it to sell on ebay, but since its listed I can tell her I am at least attempting to sell something. And I do still have 5 other vettes besides this one (3 other midyears). Thanks for the good wishes and "if" it does sell, I am sure something else (or 2 or 3 somethings) will come along!

Dennis congrads on the gift thats arriving in july.

And I am sure whom ever ends up with the car will be getting a bargen at any price.

Best of luck with the sale

Well I guess you are probably going to have to go to a couple of extra shows this year to put it in the corral too then right:D

Good Luck on the new addition to your family.

I do really seee your point on the drivability of the L-89, it really isn't the type of car that you would want to take out for milk, with alot of the people out there not respecting other peoples cars.
