More than 200 Corvettes to visit St. Louis Mills today

When the first Chevrolet Corvette rolled off the St. Louis assembly line in 1953, Dean Martin and Doris Day were sitting at the top of the music charts.
Cecil B. DeMille had released "The Greatest Show on Earth." Dwight D. Eisenhower had made the step up from general to president of the United States, and Joseph Stalin died after leading the Soviet Union for nearly three decades.
More than half a century onward, most of these events have been relegated to history books and the dusty recesses of memory. Except for the Corvette.
