Moulding attachment

Hello all,
The mouldings on my 87 were removed and they were held on with a foam coated with adhesives. Does anyone know how I can replace this or is there an alternative?

Any good auto parts store or paint/body shop supply store will have 3M 2-sided emblem attaching tape; that's what was on the moldings originally.
