Mr. Clean?

Saw this advertised on TV. Wash and dry. Anyone using this?
Looks like a good idea.
Even dries the windows.
Thanks
tony

Hmmm...tell us more!

Elaine

The new Mr. Clean, wash and dry, is commong out in feb. 04.
It even cleans, and dries windows, without towels. Seen it advertised on the speed channel.
Finally found it at www.mrclean.com
Should I order it?

Elaine,

I finally found the New Mr. Clean Car Dry.
www.mrclean.com
It sounds good, but it will cost $29.95, when it comes out in Feb. 2004.
Just an FYI.

I agree, drying is the worst part!! Spend $50 bucks and buy a leaf blower. Your neighbors will think you are nuts, but it gets all the water out of the nooks & cranies.

I have a leaf blower but unfortunately i think id be getting some serious water spots from it. Car is black so it really sucks. Hard to keep clean. 1 drive in the rain and it needs to be washed. Well im just gonna go wash it now. 60 Degrees out here in MA! Got a full bottle of turtle wax and a bunch of clean rags for christmas! =)

I just sent away for the coupon too.

Give it a try should we ever get above freezing !

IMO it's a waste of money. It's so easy to "Dry Your Car With Water" instead. It's pretty simple and I'll start a new post that shows how to do it so I don't hijack this thread.

Oh,you mean where you remove the hose nozzle, and just run a slow stream over the car,& just let it run off...pulling most of the beaded up droplets with it:confused .Yeah,I do that occasionally.

Attmac, I have black as well and I also have to deal with very hard water so it's important to get the water off quickly. I used my electric leafblower on it and in about 10 minutes the car was dry and looking great! And as mentioned in another post, it even got the water out of the nooks and crannies.

My local TV station did a story on this product...gave it a 3 out of 5 rating....Take it for what its worth

Bought a leaf blower myself based upon someone's suggestion last year.....it's fun and works great. Even the wife thought I was a little nuts and then see tried it. Actuallly works best on the motorcycle, what a pain to get into all those spaces.

i hope the water babe comes with the water blade i am a customer for sure ;LOL steve

Sweet im gonna give it a try that will save me so much time.

Thanks,

Rots o Ruck, Mistah Crean!

:mad I saw this product at Home Depot and KameApart(K-Mart). Both had it for $19.95 for the kit. Refills of soap and conditioner are $4.95 each. A bottle lasts for 10 uses.
I thought about it, but didn't buy it. Why? The soap is manufactured in China, and the conditioner is manufactured in VietNam. I see enough American dollars leaving this country, and I'm just not ready to support VietNam yet. Call me crazy, but I believe we're still able to make soap products cheaply in the good old U S of A.

Funny, cuz I think the Chinese and Vietnamese use the same reasoning about Corvettes.:L Nah,that stuff seems a little too high priced, and it probably doesnt work as well as they say it does.As soon as I hear more positive responses on it,I might reconsider.
