Cant you see it's the rare 3 tires of one brand, 1 of another brand option. That adds provenance!

I'd bet that car is 130,000 miles, not 30,000.
The tires don't match.
The engine is dirty and rusty.
After market valve covers.

Although $10,500 is still a pretty good deal for a C3.
But if they'll lie about mileage (or at least wrong) what else are they wrong (lying) about?
